Seeds were made for snacking. Sunflower, hemp, flax, and chia seeds all help kids meet their need for good fats, magnesium, protein, and fiber. Other than snacking on them raw, try using seeds as sprinkles on soups or salads, using them in baking, or adding them to smoothies. A good thing to note is that flax seeds need grinding to be digested and that all seeds are best stored in the fridge to prevent spoilage. The exception would be chia seeds which can be stored in the cupboard and used whole.
