Organizing fabrics can be a real headache if you don’t have a good way of doing it. And it’s ‘definitely’ a nightmare to deal with if you have a lot of fabrics to deal with.
Now if you do work with lots of fabrics, you’re bound to have your own method of sorting and organizing everything. Though it may look something like ‘this’ with everything stuffed in bins.
Finding anything in that mini mess is going to be a challenge no matter how you go about it.
But what if there was a better way of handling everything?
How about this? Now doesn’t that look neat? How to go about this?
Get some vanilla card and some pins. Get as many as you need; no need to be shy about it. Organizing things right does take a little effort initially.
What you’d want to do, is wrap the fabrics around the vanilla cardboard like so. When you reach the end, put 2 pins in to hold the fabric in place. That’s all! It was super easy and makes ALL the difference!
Even if you don’t have enough vanilla cardboard, or you just want to spend the extra cash on it and would prefer a cheaper method, why not try rolling your fabrics and storing them?
