With 128 square meters to revamp, Gasparbonta invested many hours into morphing this apartment into a contemporary-modern living space; incorporating a rustic country feel to the mix in 2015. The primary layers that hid its natural charm were stripped away, exposing its original characteristics. Each unit’s lodgings were segregated into 3 floors.
The Roof Terrace/Third Floor: Decidedly a free and universal area to roam without the need to leave the proximity. With a perfect view of the sky and an effortless transition with the stairs to the second floor.
The Middle/Second Floor: Assessable space occupies the second floor of the methodical living room and sleeping area with wooden flooring, lawn carpet, and natural cozy décor that will endorse relaxation and comfort with its neutral colors.
The Lower/Ground Floor: Where the single entrance is, placed simply in the lobby with wooden paneled walls, the open kitchen, and the naked dining area in the same vicinity.
