Located in the Morumbi neighbourhood in Sao Paulo, this 100 square feet studio apartment was commissioned according to a client’s preference for modern-industrial furnishing. The apartment’s interior outline was structured unorthodoxly, with no walls or dividers to separate each area. With an entresol to boot, it was an unusual project to formulate.
The living room covers an extensive section of the central floor plan with an accessible balcony neighbouring the living area, lined by a generous patchwork of contrasting blue toned rug.
The center of attention of the entire décor would be the customized TV unit precisely designed for the space, framed with open shelves on the left side and base of the unit.
Admirable mentions of this modern-industrial décor would be the intricate detailing of the methodized stairs leading up to the sleeping area, as well as the exhibited piping all through the apartment, railings, and lights.
