Creative Lab Launches Its Nationwide Franchise Programme, Aiming To Have 60 Outlets By End Of 2021

Creative Lab, brainchild of Niro Ceramic Group has launched its nationwide franchise programme for potential partners who are interested to embark on an entrepreneurial journey in home renovation industry.

According to Keith Loh, Chief Retail Officer of Creative Lab, Creative Lab is helping house owners in Malaysia to experience a new way of home renovation by helping them to envision their dream house with the right budget.

With a total of 40 branches nationwide,  Creative Lab outlets offer free 3D interior design rendering for house owners who wish to experience the actual outlook of their renovation real-time. Besides, they have a fleet of experience in-house designers who can help and consult house owners in making decision in choosing the right tiles for their home.

Currently, Creative Lab offers tiles and premium sanitary ware offering at their outlets but they aim to be one-stop home renovation service provider in the near future with strategic partnership in curtain, furniture and other categories in home furnishing industry.

For the franchise programme, patrons can apply with an initial franchise fee of RM40,000 and initial outlet set up of RM210,000. Creative Lab will only charge 5% of revenue as royalty fees, 2% of revenue as promotion fund and 1.5% of revenue as their system support fee.
