Located in Indonesia, STER House is a unique house that embraces the idea of Stair Tower. According to the clients’ brief, they wanted a space filled with natural element and greenery at a limited size of land. Besides, the house must also have a large parking bay to be able to accommodate 2 cars at the same time.

Exterior Area:
In order to satisfy the client, the DELUTION designers decided to allocate the entire ground floor as the parking bay. The main rooms are designed to be on the second and third floor. After that, the remaining space on the ground floor will then be converted into a small garden with variety of plants.
Interior Area:
Upon entering the house, you will soon be greeted by a series of staircase towards each floor. The semi outdoor concept of the staircase features greenwall vines on the side, while plotted plants are at the transition area.
Here you can find large communal areas such as living area and kitchen area where family members can gather around to watch movies together or cook together. The whole area is fitted with warm wooden style with usage of wooden kitchen cabinets, dining table, tv panel and even the ceilings.
There is also a small gym on the third floor where the owners can exercise and have a healthy lifestyle. In addition to that, you can find sitting bench at the staircase area to be surrounded by natural elements.
The main bedroom is located on the second floor while overviewing the front side of the house. Moreover, perforated panels are installed in the front facade of the house as security barrier and also invites natural sunlight into the house.
