Modern tropical villa, Wachiratham Villa is built at a narrow and long plot of land in Thailand. The whole building is consisted of 4 storey townhouse on the right and 2 storey house of the left. What makes this project so interesting is the tropical landscape which sits right at the heart of the villa.

Exterior Area:
From the outside, the villa is protected from prying eyes with strategic ventilation blocks and louvre windows. Upon entering the villa, lush greenery can be seen, providing the occupants a sense of serene and calmness.
Interior Area:
Above all, the living area is designed with modernistic dark tone with emphasis on dark ceramic flooring, furniture and also stone side table. The whole area projects a relaxing vibe with unobstructed view of greenery across the room.
In addition to that, the kitchen is created to be minimalistic but filled with functionality. Dark wooden cabinets with stone kitchen island is fitted to suit the occupant’s lifestyle. As the main theme of the house is modern tropical villa, wooden dining table and long wooden bench are used to complete the style.
Moreover, the house is well designed so that each floor can enjoy the tropical landscape view. There is also a patio area where you can chill and enjoy a cup of tea in the evenings. Plants, flowers, and potted greenery can be found growing healthy in this specific garden area.
Apart from that, master bedrooms and other bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. Even from the balcony, you can also enjoy the tropical atmosphere with just a beach bench. There is also a BBQ venue which is located on the third floor.
